Through a Live Channeling, you will begin the transition from reaction to conscious choice—moving from the exhaustion of "figuring it out" to the effortless authority of trusting your inner knowing.
Together, we’ll identify the old survival strategies—fear, approval-seeking, and over-responsibility—and learn to dissolve them, reclaiming the power you’ve unknowingly given away.

How do you empower the people around you—without losing yourself?
Empowerment isn’t something you “do” to someone. It’s something you evoke in them. In Session 2, again largely through channel, the Group will introduce the E Factor—a simple but powerful way to support growth in others while maintaining clean, loving boundaries.
You’ll learn how to shift from rescuing, fixing, convincing, or carrying others… into becoming the kind of presence that naturally invites strength.
The Group will speak about how the E Factor works across key relationships, including:
Love relationships and partnerships
Children and parenting dynamics
Parents and family history patterns
Siblings and long-standing roles
Work associates, leadership, and collaboration
This is where empowerment becomes relational—practical tools, real-life examples, and a deeper understanding of how to love people without managing their journey.

You must come first
Session 3 brings it home. You are your own primary assignment. Taking care of your energy, your choices, and your peace is your most important work. We aren't talking about abandoning commitments; we’re talking about plugging the leaks. We’re identifying where guilt writes your schedule and where old versions of "you" are still trying to run the show.
In this session, you’ll master:
• Boundaries without Bitterness: How to say no with love and zero explanation.
• Presence over Performance: Recognizing when you’re giving your power away and how to pull it back instantly.
• The Power of the Real You: Staying aligned even when others resist your evolution.
