Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website operated by Espavo (including espavo.org, international.espavo.org, subdomains, mobile views, software, and services offeredā€”collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by:

  1. These Terms of Service; and

  2. Espavoā€™s Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference).

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. About the Service

Espavo sells online and live audio/video seminars, educational content, coaching services, and digital downloads.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., social platforms, video hosting facilities) that are not owned or controlled by Espavo. Espavo assumes no responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.

3. Account Registration & Safety

To access certain features, seminars, or digital products, you must create an Espavo account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration details.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must notify Espavo immediately at webmaster@espavo.org of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage Restrictions

All content on the Serviceā€”including text, graphics, videos, audio programs, logos, software, and seminar materials ("Content")ā€”is owned by or licensed to Espavo and protected by international intellectual property laws.

  • Personal Use License: Espavo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view purchased Content for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Prohibitions: You agree not to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, or exploit any Content or digital downloads without prior written consent from Espavo.

  • You agree not to tamper with or bypass security features, DRM controls, or access limitations implemented on the Service.

5. Seminars, Digital Purchases, and EU Consumer Rights

Digital Content Delivery

Purchases of digital seminars, audio files, video recordings, or virtual events provide digital access credentials upon successful payment processing.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer purchasing digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that access to digital content is provided immediately upon transaction completion. By initiating immediate download or streaming of the digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once access to the content has commenced, unless explicit refund conditions were expressly promised at checkout for a specific seminar.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ESPAVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Note for Consumers in the European Union: Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of statutory consumer guarantees or implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESPAVO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONTENT.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Espavo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or infringement of any third-party right.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Severability

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, USA.

  • EU Consumer Statutory Rights: If you reside in the European Union, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
