  4. Alignment (values + identity + choice match)
  5. Signal (broadcast with feeling + symbols + language)
  6. Receivership (notice, accept, and act on openings)

How do you empower others

Step 1 : Coherence 


Theme: Your state creates your results.
Outcomes: Students learn a repeatable way to shift into a “higher vibration” on demand (without hype).
Teaching points:

  • Engaging both the Head and the Heart
  • The difference between “high vibe” and “clear signal.”
  • Coherence practice: breath, heart focus, and self-honesty
    Practice: 7-minute coherence ritual (daily)

Session 2

Aging in grace

 

Step 2: Clarity 

Step 3 : Permission 

 

Theme: Clear creation requires clean desire.
Outcomes: Students craft a creation statement and dissolve the main inner “no.”
Teaching points:

  • Desire vs. ego demand vs. soul pull 
  • The “creation statement” (simple, present tense, measurable enough)
  • Permission blocks: guilt, worth, loyalty binds, fear of being seen
    Practice: “Truth Line” exercise: what I want / what I fear / what I believe I’m allowed to have
